I Offer Personalized Counseling to Strengthen Your Emotional Well-Being

I provide a calm, supportive space where you can feel truly heard, understood, and valued as you navigate life’s challenges and transitions. Sessions are 50 minutes long, delivered via telehealth with in-person appointments coming soon, and the frequency of therapy is tailored to your unique needs and goals. I typically recommend starting with at least two sessions per month to build a strong foundation and see meaningful progress. Through a blend of evidence-based techniques, reflective exercises, and practical tools, therapy can help you move from overwhelm and burnout toward clarity, balance, and deeper connection with yourself. My goal is to help you not only manage life’s challenges but also rediscover your inner strength and what brings you fulfillment.
