Women often put everyone else first, leaving little space to care for their own needs. Whether it’s navigating work challenges, relationships, parenting, or personal identity, it’s easy to feel unheard, overextended, or disconnected from yourself. My practice provides a dedicated space where clients can focus on their own needs and self-care, without judgment. For women in the perinatal period, this support is especially important in helping to address the isolation, guilt, and shame that can arise during infertility, miscarriage, pregnancy, and postpartum, while fostering resilience, connection, and healing.

I’m here to support you during life's biggest hurdles

From fertility and pregnancy through postpartum and parenting, to the complex transitions of midlife and beyond, I offer a supportive space to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and clarity. I am dedicated to empowering women and couples through personalized, client-centered therapy that fosters healing, resilience, and lasting emotional wellness

  • As women, we often juggle countless visible and invisible responsibilities, leaving little room to care for ourselves. • The perinatal and postpartum stages can bring a mix of stress, exhaustion, and overwhelming change. New parents often feel that there is a way that they "should" be feeling about this adjustment that doesn't always line up with their lived experiences. As a result you may be silently struggling with anxiety, identity shifts, depression, or emotional ups and downs. Therapy offers a safe, supportive space to gently work through the very real challenges of pregnancy and new parenthood. Here, you don’t have to carry the weight alone, you’ll be met with compassion, understanding, and care as you find your way toward steadier ground.

Find out how I can support you

As women, we too often put everyone else first

Women often carry countless visible and invisible responsibilities to keep life moving forward. Over time, this can take a deep toll, leaving you feeling stretched thin, overwhelmed, or burnt out. My hope is that this space gives you permission to pause, to prioritize your own needs, and to feel supported. By caring for yourself, you’ll have more energy and clarity to nurture the relationships and responsibilities that matter most to you.

I believe that healing begins in a space where you feel heard, safe, and supported

I offer individual and couples therapy via telehealth, with plans to expand to in-person care soon. Together, we’ll create a plan of care that reflects your goals, needs, and unique circumstances; whether you are navigating challenges in pregancy, motherhood, partnership, or life transitions.

Coastal Calm is more than a therapy practice, it is a grounding space where you can exhale, set down what feels heavy, and be fully seen without judgment. Here, we work not only on managing symptoms, but on fostering resilience, rebuilding self-trust, and creating deeper, healthier connections. My role is to walk alongside you with compassion and clarity, so you leave each session feeling supported, empowered, and more at peace within yourself and your relationships.

I understand what you are going through

As a mother of two young children, I know firsthand how overwhelming and unexpected the journey through pregnancy, fertility challenges, and early parenthood can be. While so much attention is often placed on birth plans and breastfeeding, few conversations address how these experiences impact your identity, relationships, and day-to-day life.

This inspired me to create a space where women in the perinatal period can receive comprehensive support, work alongside someone who truly understands the joys and struggles of this stage, and who offers compassionate, non-judgmental guidance. Here, you can explore the full picture of your experiences, feel heard, and find practical and emotional tools to navigate this transformative time.

My core values that guide my practice

  • Compassion

I believe healing begins with kindness. In our work together, you’ll find a safe, non-judgmental space where your feelings and experiences are met with empathy and care. Compassion allows us to honor where you are today while gently moving toward where you want to be.

  • Authenticiy

I show up as my true self in the therapy room, and I invite you to do the same. Authenticity creates trust. It’s the foundation that helps us explore your struggles honestly and work toward real, meaningful change.

  • Connection

At the heart of therapy is the power of connection, both the connection you’ll experience here, and the deeper connections you’ll build with yourself and others. Together, we’ll create space to feel understood, supported, and less alone.

I Provide Compassionate Care Rooted in Experience

I have a deep passion for maternal and perinatal mental health and am certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C). In my work, I have supported women and couples through infertility, miscarriage, birth trauma, and the often overwhelming symptoms of depression and anxiety during and after pregnancy.

As both a therapist and a mother of two young children, I bring not only professional training but also lived experience to my work. I understand firsthand the joys and the very real challenges that come with parenting and life’s transitions. I also enjoy working with couples and with individuals navigating life changes, identity shifts, and life transitions.

Born and raised in Southern California, I now feel grateful to call San Diego home with my family. Outside of therapy, you’ll often find me on my yoga mat, roping friends into a running race, or happily curled up with a good book.
